Hm. When I freak out I admit I kind of fail at doing stuff too. I spent entire days watching tv and then going "... time... what?"
But it's worrisome when things like that aren't under your control. I totally get that \o/. Is there something you can do just for yourself then? As a kind of reward.
heee just hearing someone say 'that's okay to worry' helps a lot. My therapist tells me not to and it doesn't help and then I get frustrated when I do it and it's just a cycle of hate and worry and blaaaah.
Tonight after work I won't touch any homework and just spend a couple hours watching some anime. Noooo obligations, just mindless cartoons yay.
It's hard for someone who doesn't experience that kind of worry, I think, to understand it. I . . . have a lot of weird worries. Like what door to use when going to class, you know? And it really freaks me out, and then spirals, so I can kind of understand the feeling.
