I take a break, or I get stuff done and then do something just for me. Cooking tends to relieve stress for me, or taking a bath with a book. And. . . sometimes you just have to let one thing go to hell so you can balance yourself. It doesn't make you any worse of a person.

Okay, hmmm. Have you tried making a list of what needs to get done and the deadlines and then thought about what would happen if an item was late or not. Because breaking everything down into smaller steps might help you conceptualize the workload better?

Hm. When I freak out I admit I kind of fail at doing stuff too. I spent entire days watching tv and then going "... time... what?"

But it's worrisome when things like that aren't under your control. I totally get that \o/. Is there something you can do just for yourself then? As a kind of reward.

[ hugggggggg ]

It's hard for someone who doesn't experience that kind of worry, I think, to understand it. I . . . have a lot of weird worries. Like what door to use when going to class, you know? And it really freaks me out, and then spirals, so I can kind of understand the feeling.

\o/! Awesome! I sometimes organize things too, like my itunes or icons folder, just so I can feel accomplished about something :3

good luck relaxing \o/
