Couldn't sleep again. When I finally did fall asleep, I woke myself up a short time later with the force of my own sobbing from nightmares.

I have no friends here. My only friends are over the internet and live hundreds of miles away. Would they even help me? Wouldn't I just lash out and hurt them?

I'm so tired.
