sometimes you just have to let one thing go to hell so you can balance yourself. It doesn't make you any worse of a person.
thaaaat's exactly where I'm getting kicked in the ass. I can't let anything go and I place everything on EMERGENCY LEVEL!!!!111!!!omggggg. That and when something happens that I don't expect I immediately jump to worst case scenario, even if the conclusion isn't for four or five steps out from the present. For example, not finishing a history assignment = dying as a hobo in the street after I fail to get into law school. :/
